A guaranteed original one sheet movie poster from 1973 for director Guy Hamilton's "Live and Let Die", the eighth of the James Bond movies.
With Roger Moore as the suave, action filled (but with one eyebrow raised) 007 and Jane Seymour as psychic 'Solitaire', the film is one of the best Bond's of the era. The brooding menace of Voodoo Man 'Tee Hee' and the fantastic speed boat chase being two particular highlights.
This amazing poster - certainly up there with the best - has stunning illustration by Robert McGinnis. It captures all that is good about a Bond film - action, glamour, sophistication and suspense, all wrapped up in a stunning design. It is one of our favourite movie posters.
The poster was originally issued folded but has now been professionally linen-backed to aid conservation and handling. As our photos show, it displays extremely well and will look superb framed and on display.
By the way, this poster is marked 'WEST HEMI' as it was produced for use in the Western Hemisphere. The film's producers, Saltzman and Broccoli could not agree who would get first billing, so agreed to split the world in two, with each taking first place in one half!
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This movie poster is priced unframed. Photos showing framed and 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
