A guaranteed original 'one sheet' movie poster from 1996 for Roland Emmerich's sci-fi thriller "Independence Day", starring Will Smith, Bill Pullman, Mary McDonnell and Jeff Goldblum.

One of the first large-scale / apocalyptic disaster blockbusters, "Independence Day" became the highest grossing film of 1996 (and at the time, the second highest grossing film of all time). It also received two Oscar nominations. A sequel (the first of an apparent series) was released in 2016.

This fantastic double-sided poster captures one of the alien 'city destroyer' ships hanging ominously over New York! It is in superb condition and being double-sided, it could be displayed in an Art of the Movies Light Box or framed traditionally.
