This much loved family classic tells the story of Josh Baskin, a twelve year old who yearns to be grown-up. Discovering an old fortune telling machine, he wishes to be 'Big'. The next morning, he is.

Hank's performance is innocent. It is fun. At times it is fearful. It is always convincing, giving the film a magic that still endears thirty years on.
