A guaranteed original U.S. '8 x 10' Lobby / Front of House Card from 1970 for Bill Melendez's animated feature "A Boy Named Charlie Brown". Written by Charles M. Schulz, it was the first movie to star his Peanuts comic strip characters.
Director Bill Mendez was apparently the only person Schulz trusted to turn his comic strips in to cartoons. Mendez also provided the voice for Snoopy and Woodstock!
The fantastic card, showing a rare moment of success for luckless Charlie Brown, would have been used in the foyer of a cinema at the time of the film's release. As you can see from our photos, it is in superb condition and displays really well, especially as it is now 50 years old!
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This lobby card is priced unframed. Photos showing framed and 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
