Loosely based on William Shakespeare's 'Romeo and Juliet', this film version of Bernstein and Sondheim's Broadway musical stars Ansel Elgort and Rachel Zegler as 'Tony' and 'Maria', young lovers from rival New York gangs.

Perhaps one of the bravest decisions of Spielberg's illustrious career. How do you improve on Robert Wise and Jerome Robbins' 1961 movie?

This deceptively simple advance poster (the first released for the film) harks back to Joe Caroff's iconic movie poster for the original film while feeling contemporary and very much 21st Century. A future design classic. It is in wonderful condition and being double-sided, is suitable for display in an Art of the Movies Light Box or traditional framing.
