Whoa!! These are special!
A guaranteed original 11x14 lobby card from 1984 for James Cameron's robot-from-the-future sci-fi classic "The Terminator", written by Cameron with Bill Wisher and Gale Anne Hurd.
Apparently inspired by a fever induced dream of a robot with knives, this is the film that established Cameron as a major league director and Arnold Schwarzenegger as an action film leading man. Alongside Schwarzenegger, Linda Hamilton and Michael Biehn star as The Terminator's target and her saviour from the future.
This superb lobby card, showing the T-800 Terminator committing murder on the dance floor (sorry!), would have been used in the foyer of a U.S. movie theater at the time of the film's release.
It is in fantastic condition and has been framed by us in a black ayous wood frame with an iced white mount, protective barrier board and crystal clear Perspex glazing. As our photos show, it will look amazing on display!
By the way, apparently Sylvester Stallone and Mel Gibson both turned down the role of the Terminator. Schwarzenegger famously only has 17 lines in the film. Just 58 words!
We only sell guaranteed original movie posters. We do not sell reproductions.
Note: This lobby card is priced framed. Photos showing 'in room' images are for illustration only. Please check our hi-res images and the sizing information shown above.
